For this clinic I'm using the 1949 Buick made by JAKs Industries under the Alloy Forms name.  This car is one of my favorites. It has plenty of detail and its rounded streamlined shape makes it easy to copy. In the lead photo you can also pick out a 55 Caddy, 50's Ford truck cab, 49 DeSoto, and other "junkers"  made from Alloy Forms vehicle patterns.
To start cut heavy duty household aluminum foil into 2"x3" rectangles.  Although I show a hobby knife in the materials photo, a scissors works as well or better. Cut a few dozen of these rectangles. The cost is only pennies per car.
