STRUCTURE BUILDING - The Foamcore/Veneer method
An OnLine Clinic presented by HORAILROAD.COM

 Advanced Concepts/examples
The foamcore is 3/16" thick.  Here strips that width are being bent and glued into the arch.

After the arches have been bricked, the foamcore is laid on a sheet of brick and the arches marked and cut out. Leave the arch (opening) a little small, then scrape excess after it has been glued on the wall. Scrape until you meet the strip that fills the arch.

The arch being made here is shown complete early in the basic clinic as a background behind a mock up.
