Discover Scale Model Railroading at
STRUCTURE BUILDING - The Foamcore/Veneer method
An OnLine Clinic presented by HORAILROAD.COM
There are also times when you don't want flat walls. On my model railroad, and on many prototypes, buildings are NOT always squares and rectangles. Buildings are sometimes curved. That's because real
buildings are very often built to fit the real estate foot print and that may be an oddly shaped lot, or maybe even curved along a railroad track.

In this higher angle of an earlier photo, the curve of
the building is more evident.

I find black foam core a perfect material for bending and bracing to hold a shape like this.
