| A small office of the REA, Railroad Express Agency, is on the main line at East River. The demands of this important customer makes a difficult service necessary. Cars can only be spotted for loading/unloading during specific brief periods when mainline trains are not scheduled. Cars can be staged beyond the bridge and moved as needed. |
