In summary, we have produced
chimneys in quantity using square or rectangular styrene
tubing overlaid with sheet brick or stone material. We
overlapped edges (bottom sample in photo), then trimmed
and
scraped them smooth. Next we
painted mortar lines and trimmed of the needed length and
angle (center sample in photograph).
The stone chimney (top sample in photograph) was
used in the lead photograph to this clinic.
