FAST CHIMNEYS - Finish your roof tops

With all four sides firmly in place, it is now time to take off the excess. You should plan on doing this as soon after the pieces are in place as possible. The plastic will still be a little soft from the glue and that
will work to your advantage in the step after this one.

For now take off excess by laying your knife blade parallel to the surface of the brick and slicing off excess. A couple shallow cuts may be easier to control than trying to get it all in one pass. DO NOT TAKE OFF ALL THE EXCESS. Leave a little edge (about the thickness of the brick sheet is good). This will come off in the final step.

Rotate and trim all four corners leaving a little edge.
