Paint Fascia.
Paint the fascia strip. The first coat will look horrible.
Consider it a primer. Set it aside to dry. A second coat will cover.
Depending on the color, a third coat may be needed.
Paint Window Frame. Have I mentioned that the window frame
needs painting?
