| NCM Railroad Project Photos - March March 10, 2007 - Knot-free poplar 1x4s fastended to the outer edge of benchwork.  The finish edge is one inch higher than the benchwork. The layout surface will fill this recessed space. 3/4 inch quarter round will be fitted to each corner.  March 4, 2007 - Part of the 4x8 plywood to be cut off for a lower shelf has corner cut-out marked.  The corners are cut and two feet is cut from the panel.  A 1x4 brace supports the lower shelf edge and the shelf is screwed to lower frame. The top panel remains loose until the side panels and edges are fastened.
